Took care of our failed water heater, quickly, professionally, and Jeff was friendly and helpful! Andrew also helped massively when he facetimed me to help me shut off the water to the water heater as it was flooding our garage. I hope if we have another problem that they will be called out to help with our warranty service.

The initial visit took care of drain and faucets. A new water heater has to be replaced so that did not happen today. I went through my home warranty and the water heater has already been approved for installation. Andrew was very professional and answered all my questions regarding replacement and time frame of receiving new water heater. Great job! The water heater replacement was a success as well! Great job!!

Fast! The problem was diagnosed, the Garbage Disposal was replaced and they even found an issue with the dishwasher missing a washer and fixed that too all under 10 minutes from when they arrived at my front door. The repair was done right at the right price! Service that is fast, good quality and reasonably priced - that is something is something I didn't think existed anymore but this company has turned me into a believer!

Josh, Jeff, and Billy are the standard of excellence when it comes to quality work and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and professionalism is beyond reproach. Feel free to do your own research but I am not. I am very impressed and the experts at Call-Us Plumbing are now my go to company. I look forward to many more projects in the future.
